Visiting The Collections
The picture collections and library are available to visiting scholars by appointment with the Curator & Librarian only. Scholars are requested to contact the Library outlining the area of their research, and if relevant material is available, an appointment will be arranged. The Library is open Monday-Friday 10.15am-1pm & 1.30-5.30pm. However the picture collection is only available in the mornings.
Library material may not be published in any form without permission in writing from the Library Committee. The Club is not necessarily the copyright owner of manuscript material and may not be in a position to give permission to publish. The Club does not allow photocopying, scanning or microfilming of Library material; however photographic copies of some material can be made by arrangement with the Librarian.
