Visiting The Collections

Visiting the Collections

The art collections and the library are accessible to visiting scholars by appointment only. Scholars are asked to check the online catalogue before making a request to visit. They should outline their area of research when making more specific enquiries about the material that they wish to consult.

Those wishing to use the art collections are requested to contact the Art Curator. Appointments to view paintings or other materials can be arranged, as appropriate, Monday and Tuesday each week.

Those wishing to use the Library should contact the Librarian. Appointments may be made Wednesday to Friday each week, 10 am – 1 pm and 2 pm – 5 pm. Rules for researchers using the Library will be provided in advance of any visit.
